Bunker-7: rules and privacy
The short version: be decent, you can leave at any time, and we only keep what the game needs.
Who can play
You must be 13 or older. One account per person.
Bunker rules
- No hate, slurs, harassment or threats, in names or anywhere else.
- No pretending to be someone else, including the Boss and the chiefs.
- No sexual content, no spam, no links in names.
- The warden can rename, move or evict any resident and close any account that breaks these rules.
Private chats and calls
- A 1:1 chat or voice call starts only when the other player accepts. You can decline, block a player (they cannot write or call you again) or report them, any time.
- Never share your address, school, phone number or passwords, and never agree to meet someone from the game.
- Messages are kept for 30 days so the warden can look into a report; the warden reads them only when someone reports a chat. Voice calls go straight between the two players and are not recorded.
What is public
Everyone who opens the game sees your resident: the name you chose, your job, your look, your resident number and the day you arrived. If you link an Instagram or TikTok handle and the warden confirms it, that handle is shown on your resident's card. Residents may appear in our videos on Instagram, TikTok and other networks.
What we keep
- Your email address and your password, stored only as a scrambled hash we cannot read. Or, with Google sign-in, your Google account id and email. We send a link to confirm the email, and letters you ask for (a new password).
- News by email only if you tick the box. Every news letter has an unsubscribe link, and the box in your profile turns it off too.
- The handle you link and its code, while the warden checks it.
- A short log of sign-ins and changes, with IP addresses, to stop abuse.
We do not sell or share any of it, and we do not track you with ads. Letters go out through an email service (Brevo), which sees only the address and the letter. Accounts whose email was never confirmed are deleted after a week.
Leaving
Open your profile (your name at the top of the game) and press Delete my account: your account and your resident are gone at once. If the warden added you to the bunker and you do not have an account, write to us in a direct message on Instagram or TikTok and we remove you.
